Privacy notice

Archava provides property capture software to estate agencies. This notice explains when Archava acts for an agency and when it uses information for its own account, billing and service-security purposes.

We process account and organisation details, property information, capture-session activity, photos and videos uploaded for a property, approved report content, usage records and technical security logs.

Property media may be analysed by AI to suggest room details, observations and possible features. An estate agent reviews the suggestions before anything is approved for a report. Archava does not make valuation, survey or safety decisions.

Information may be shared with the agency responsible for the property and with service providers used for secure hosting, storage, AI processing, email, payments and report generation. Current providers will be listed on the subprocessors page when published.

Property media and reports are kept only for the documented service period. Agencies can request deletion and individuals can contact us about information relating to them. Exact retention periods must be confirmed before launch.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of personal information, object to processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
