Archava is not a building survey

Archava provides AI-assisted property capture suggestions for listing workflows. It is not a building survey, safety inspection, valuation or structural assessment. Agencies remain responsible for reviewing and approving report content.

1. Accounts and authority

Agency users must provide accurate account information, keep access secure and only create captures where they are authorised to process the property information and media.

2. Using the service

Archava may be used to request, collect, review and report property information. Users must not upload unlawful content, malware, images of people without authority, personal documents or unnecessarily sensitive information.

3. AI-assisted suggestions

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Every suggested finding must be reviewed by an authorised agency user before it is included in a report or shared with a client.

4. Property media

The agency is responsible for giving sellers or occupants appropriate information and ensuring it has a lawful basis for the capture. Archava processes media according to the Privacy Notice and applicable data-processing terms.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Report allowances, included features, pricing, taxes, failed-payment handling and the effective date of plan changes will be shown before purchase and in Billing.

6. Availability and suspension

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access to protect security, prevent abuse, comply with law or address overdue payments.

7. Liability and reliance

Reports are intended to support property-listing workflows only. The final legal terms must set appropriate liability limits without excluding liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Ending the agreement

Customers can cancel through Billing. The final terms will explain access after cancellation, export and deletion windows, outstanding charges and circumstances in which either party may terminate.

9. Changes and governing law

Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Governing law, courts, company identity and contact details must be confirmed in the reviewed launch copy.
